  9 August 1945 whilst on screening and radar picket duty off Tokyo Bay kamikaze hit  the after bridge structure and killed 48 and wounded 66.
Decommissioned and stricken 1 July 1972.
Transferred to Argentina 1 July 1972 being renamed Hipolito Bouchard.
